Thank you Karen for reviewing both my and my husbands' pensions and financial investments. On contacting my husbands pension provider you found, after a delay from them responding, that they were holding on record incorrect personal details. Which were subsequently corrected. As an apology, my husband received a cheque for the delay in dealing with and the response time taken with this issue.
